Your refund will be issued electronically within 14 days of our receipt of products and confirmation. Offer valid to 12/31/19. Give us one month and if you are not happy with our products we will give you your money back. Money back guarantee payment is defined as the actual cost of the items after promotions, sales and/or coupons and before tax, excluding shipping and handling, maximum payment up to $100. One rebate per person, family or address. Right is reserved to confirm identity. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored or acknowledged. We offer our first time customers a satisfaction guarantee on their first order placed with us. Any follow up purchase of products after your first purchase is not covered by the guarantee. If, after using our product for a minimum of 30 days, in accordance with the feeding schedule for your pet's weight, you are not completely satisfied, you must return all bottles (both opened and unused) for a refund of your original purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Replacements 

Only damaged and defective goods can be replaced, in such cases, please contact our support team at info@hemptail.com along with forwarding us any images of the defect/damage. Please contact us within 7 days of when you receive the item. 

We are unable to offer replacements without any proof of defect/damage.

Depending on your location, your replacement item shipping dates may vary.

Exchanges, replacement and refunds due to incorrect and inaccurate addresses in the original order are prohibited as the buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate and timely shipping information.

The management is not responsible for these type of errors and each buyer is responsible to give due diligence in this matter.

Replacements are limited to the original order and any exchanges in brand, potency, design or color of the item is not allowed.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with important details such as your order number, full name and email used to contact you.

Your item should be returned to our US Fulfillment Center and for further details, please contact our support staff via the "Contact Us" tab or email us at info@hemptail.com. 

In certain situations, only partial refunds can be granted and any returns done are based on the sole discretion of the brand. The management retains and reserves the right to refuse any refunds or returns should the item be returned in a less than satisfactory state.

The management is in no way responsible for the return costs and all return postage is to be borne and covered by the returnee.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund. This may take anywhere between 3-6 business days to be processed.

Exclusions to returns and refunds include incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer in the initial order along with sale bought items.

Late/Missing Refunds 
Refunds may take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days to process, depending on the speed of the financial institution processing your request. If you have yet to receive the refund within the time frame, please contact your financial institution along with contacting our support team using the "Contact Us" tab.
